Volunteers are loved (and needed) at Jolly Mill Park. The park is a great place for people to come and enjoy the outdoors, but it takes a lot of work to keep it clean and well-maintained. That's where volunteers come in. Volunteers can help with a variety of tasks, such as:

• Planting flowers and trees

• Maintaining walkways and monuments

• Making small repairs as needed

• Providing information to visitors

Jolly Mill Park also suffers extensive flood damage from time to time with water rising several feet higher than usual, filling the park and buildings with mud and debris. When that happens, community involvement is inspiring. In the past, money raised from an organized race, from sponsors, and from generous donors helped repair and rebuild all the damaged areas to keep the park safe and beautiful.  

Volunteering is a great way to give back to your community and make a difference in the lives of others. It's also a great way to meet new people and learn new skills. If you're looking for a way to get involved, I encourage you to consider volunteering at Jolly Mill Park.
